Terms of Use

By using Prism (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Prism is a free, in-browser tool for splitting video into channels, keying out colors, compositing over a background, and exporting. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

Your content

You keep all rights to the media you upload. You grant only the permission needed to process, store temporarily, and transform your files in order to provide the features you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and edit the content you provide.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, create, or distribute content that:

You also agree not to abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or to circumvent its rate limits or access controls. Automated use is permitted only through the intended interfaces (including the MCP server) and within the applicable rate limits.

Reporting & takedown

If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your rights or is otherwise unlawful, please report it via the contact form on deb0.com with enough detail to identify the material. Because uploads are private per-user and automatically deleted after 24 hours of inactivity, offending material is typically short-lived; valid reports will be acted on and content removed where appropriate.

Retention

Uploads and exports are automatically deleted after 24 hours of inactivity and there are no backups. The Service is not intended for storage — keep your own copies of anything you need.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data (including deleted uploads or exports), arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
